Who We Are

This website is operated by Pulse Drones LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as Pulse Drone Light Shows. Pulse Drones LLC is the entity responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Where this policy says "we" or "us," it means Pulse Drones LLC.

Information We Collect

When you submit an inquiry or quote request through our website, we collect the information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, company name, and event details. We also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited through standard analytics tools. We do not collect payment information through this website.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare and deliver a custom show proposal, and communicate with you throughout the booking and production process. With your permission, we may also use your contact information to send relevant updates about our services. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing purposes.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share limited information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website or fulfilling our services, such as email delivery, customer relationship management, analytics, advertising measurement, or project management tools. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and may only use it for the specific purpose for which it was shared.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website, and Google Ads conversion measurement to learn which of our ads lead to quote requests. These Google services use cookies and similar technologies and receive information such as the pages you visit, the link or ad that brought you here, and your browser and device type. When you submit a quote request, we tell Google that a request was completed, the page you submitted it from, the budget range you selected, and a random reference number for it; we never send Google your name, email address, phone number, or anything else you enter in the form. Our inquiry form is provided by HubSpot, our customer relationship management service, which also uses cookies to connect your visits to an inquiry you submit. We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure page visits and website performance; these do not use third-party cookies, and we remove query strings and URL fragments from the page URLs they report. We also use EmDash, a website analytics and session replay service, to record how visitors interact with our pages, including clicks, scrolling, and page navigation, so we can find and fix problems with the site. Because our inquiry form is part of the page, these recordings may include information you type into the form, such as your name, email address, phone number, and event details. When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we tell Google not to use advertising cookies or personalize ads, we do not load HubSpot's tracking script, and neither Vercel Web Analytics nor EmDash loads. Vercel Web Analytics and EmDash also do not load when your browser sends Do Not Track. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google analytics and advertising cookies are off by default. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by applicable law. Inquiry and booking records are retained for the duration of our business relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information we hold about you. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, as described under Cookies and Analytics. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email address below.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. While no system is completely secure, we take data protection seriously and review our practices regularly.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

Contact for Privacy Concerns
