The Reveal Moment
Your Audience Will Share
Product launch drone shows are built around one thing: the moment your product enters the world. Logo formations, 3D renders, scannable QR codes, and a finale timed to your presenter's entrance.
The Format That Genuinely Surprises
A product launch has one job: create a moment that your audience remembers, shares, and associates with your brand. The drone show delivers that moment in a format that is genuinely new to most audiences, produces visual content that is instantly shareable, and can carry your brand's specific visual identity into the sky in a way no other entertainment format can.
The QR code is the capability worth planning around. A functional, ground-scannable code at altitude turns a moment of spectacle into a destination: a live audience holding up phones and landing on your product page, your launch page, or an offer that only exists that night. It needs at least 300 drones, so it's a decision to make early rather than late.
Launch-Specific Capabilities
Logo Assembly
Your brand mark built piece by piece from drones rising into formation, timed to your reveal moment.
3D Product Render
Your product's form factor rendered at altitude and rotated for full audience visibility.
QR Code Deployment
A functional, ground-scannable code resolving to any URL. Needs at least 300 drones.
Brand Color Formations
Full swarm in your exact brand colors for social-first imagery.
Keynote-Synchronized Finale
Show concludes at a specific event cue, timed to presenter entrance or product reveal.
Locked to Your Run-of-Show
Product launch shows need tight integration with your event production team: your run-of-show, your AV director, and your presenter's cuing. A live radio channel connects our operator to your event director so the launch lands on cue, and an operator monitors the feed throughout. What the comms don't do is re-choreograph the show mid-flight: it runs as programmed, so the cue is what we coordinate, not the content.
Engage Us Early
There is no fixed minimum. We assess each date for feasibility: the venue, the creative scope, and any approvals it needs. Peak dates price higher and fill earlier, so start those conversations sooner. One practical note specific to launches: a QR code's destination URL has to be locked before the show is programmed, because a late change means reprogramming the formation. Decide where it points early and it's a non-issue.
Make your reveal moment unforgettable.
