Unite Your Community
Under the Stars
Drone light shows designed for public audiences — city events, holiday celebrations, and community gatherings where safety, scale, and spectacle all have to work together.
The Calculus Has Shifted
The calculus for municipal event entertainment has shifted. Traditional fireworks programs carry fire risk, noise complaints, and environmental concerns that have made them increasingly difficult to permit and execute, particularly in the Southwest, where burn restrictions are frequent and residential development has encroached on traditional launch zones.
Drone shows offer cities a real alternative: the visual impact of a large-scale aerial performance without fire risk, without debris, and without the noise levels that generate complaints from residential areas next to parks and civic spaces. Arizona cities work with us on exactly this kind of programming: the City of Tempe on Tempe Jam, and the City of Mesa twice, on Merry Main Street and a 300-drone July 4th show. What each city decides about its own fireworks program is their statement to make.

Built for Public Events
Municipal shows involve operational considerations that differ from private events. We have experience with:
FAA Permitted, Fully Insured
Every municipal show is produced under our full safety protocol: FAA-permitted, insured, with site-specific safety planning reviewed by the city's event coordinator. We provide certificates of insurance to city venues and can meet most municipalities' vendor insurance requirements. Our safety perimeter and crowd management recommendations are developed in coordination with your event safety team.
Municipal FAQ
Can a drone show replace our existing fireworks program?
It can serve the same slot in your event: a large-scale aerial finale, without fire risk, debris, or the noise that draws complaints from neighbouring streets. Whether it replaces your fireworks program is your call to make, not ours to announce. On planning: there is no fixed minimum, and we assess each date against the venue, the creative scope, and the approvals it needs. Peak dates like July 4th and New Year’s Eve price higher and fill earlier, so start those conversations sooner. The airspace coordination process is different from a pyro permit, and we handle it as part of the show.
Do you carry insurance that meets municipal vendor requirements?
Yes. We carry event-specific liability coverage of $5M or greater, included in every quote, and Certificates of Insurance are available on request naming the city or county as an additional insured. Specific coverage details are provided in the service agreement.
